TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GLENFIDDICH AMF1 SWEEPSTAKES – CONSUMERS (15 SEPTEMBER TO 31 OCTOBER 2025) ("PROMOTION")

1. Organizer

1.1 The Promotion Organizer is PT Colony Marketing & Advertising

2. Credentials

2.1 This promo is open to anyone aged 21 years and above who is a resident and permanent resident in Indonesia (Participant). All Participants are subject to the terms and conditions set out below, and the relevant Indonesian laws.

2.2 Employees of the Organizer, its associated agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising, promotional agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

2.3 Participating F&B outlet and Retailer owners and employees are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. National Consumer Promotion

3.1 The validity period of this Promotion is from 15 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 (the "Promotion Period") or while supplies last, at any Participating Outlet, whichever comes first. This promotion is only open to participating outlets/stores. Participating outlets are subject to change at any time. A list of Participating Outlets is available here. 

For each purchase in an on or off trade, the Participant will receive a receipt that will entitle them to the appropriate amount of opportunities.

i) Submission of entries: To participate in the sweepstakes, participants must go here or scan the QR and complete the online submission form per receipt. Participants are required to submit with the Participant's full name (according to the ID card), date of birth, mobile phone number, and upload a copy of the receipt.

ii) Any incomplete or invalid entry form (e.g. missing receipt, missing name, missing date of birth or missing mobile phone number) will be automatically disqualified, and the Organiser is not responsible for notifying the Participant of invalid entries.

iii) All entry forms must be submitted on or before 23:59 on October 31, 2025 (GMT+07) to be eligible for the promotion.

iv) Participants must keep the original receipt purchased ("Proof of Purchase") for verification purposes. Failure to provide a damaged/torn and/or damaged Proof of Purchase or Proof of Purchase for any reason will result in disqualification and the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Prize from the Participant.

v) The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without prior notice or disclosure of information if the Participant is suspected of tampering with their entry or violating the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

vi) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any Participant who is unable to present the original Proof of Purchase.

vii) The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and conclusive, no further appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

3.2 Promotion Mechanism

Participants have the right to:

• Instant Redemption: Receive one Flazz card (no value) for every bottle purchased by Glenfiddich 15YO and above (15YO, 16YO, 18YO, 21YO, or higher) at participating outlets in a single transaction and while supplies last; and
• Prize Draw: Get one chance for every bottle purchased by Glenfiddich 15YO and above (15YO, 16YO, 18YO, 21YO, or higher) at participating outlets, to stand a chance to win one grand prize or a second prize, for those who submit their entries by following the steps below.

(1) Grand prize All travel expenses to Bali, including a dining experience at a 5-Star Hotel for 2 persons – subject to the terms and conditions below.

(2) Second Prize is the official baseball cap of the Aston Martin Formula One team (limited to 55 units).

(3) The winner is entitled to an F1 streaming subscription for 1 year.

For each purchase in an on or off trade, the Participant will receive a receipt that will entitle them to the appropriate amount of opportunities.

6. vi) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any Participant who is unable to present the original Proof of Purchase.
7. vii) The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and conclusive, no further appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

3.3. Winners, Prizes, and Terms and Conditions

i) There will be one Grand Prize winner (1) ("Grand Prize Winner"),

a The winner will win a pair of round-trip Economy Class airfares with Garuda Airlines for themselves and one guest (aged 21 years and above) from Jakarta to Bali, Indonesia, hotel accommodation at Apurva Kempinski Bali (bed and breakfast, one room for two days/one night), round-trip transfer (from Denpasar airport to hotel), and dining experience at Koral restaurant at The Apurva Kempinski Bali hotel between 1 November 2025 and 10 December 2025 ("Prize") and the winner is entitled to a 1-year F1 streaming subscription.

b Travel insurance, travel documents (including passports) and other travel-related expenses are not included and must be covered and arranged by the Prize Winner and his/her guests

c The prize has an indicative cash value of IDR 18,000,000. If the total booking fee is below IDR 18,000,000, the remaining balance will not be refunded or exchanged for cash or other forms of credit or compensation.

ii) There will be 55 Second Prize Winners

a. Fifty-five winners will get an official Aston Martin Formula One team baseball cap (Estimated value ± IDR 855,000).

iii) Each Winner is only entitled to one (1) Prize.

a The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the winning prize for a prize of the same value, with or without notice.

b. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash credit or other items.

c. The Organiser, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct and/or consequential damages) or personal injury suffered or suffered in connection with or arising out of the Prize.

d. The winner will be notified of further details about the Prize by the Organizer.

e. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or political situations, the Organizer has the discretion to substitute the prize with equal value at their discretion.

3.4. Reward Redemption and Period

1. i) The Organizer will notify the Winner via Email or WhatsApp to verify the receipt number as well as the required purchase amount.
2. ii) For redemption, Winners are required to submit a photo of the original proof of purchase and proof of identification via email or whatsApp (PT Colony Marketing & Advertising) on or before November 12, 2025. If it fails, the prize will be forfeited.
3. iii) Winners who are unable to be contacted or fail to respond to the Organizer's call and/or messages within the specified notice period and/or after reasonable efforts have been made by the Organizer to contact the Winner, are deemed to be disinterested in the Prize and the Organizer will disqualify the Winner and/or cancel the winner's Prize without further notice.
4. iv) The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time.
5. v) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any Winner who is unable to present the original Proof of Purchase.
6. vi) Prizes not redeemed on or before November 12, 2025, 18:00 (GMT+07) will be forfeited.
7. vii) The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant that the Organizer believes has attempted to undermine the operation of the Promotion in any way, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, or fraud.
8. viii) For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer will determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry, and reserves the right to reject any submission deemed to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
9. ix) In the event of disqualification after the Prize has been awarded, the Organizer reserves the right to demand the return of the Prize without further reimbursement of the Prize and/or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.

4. Prize terms and conditions

1. 4.1. In accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms that they and their guests are legally and medically able to travel to Bali via a commercial airline.
2. 4.2. The Organizer has the right to request the original ID card or other supporting documents/materials from the Winner for verification purposes.
3. 4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of the same value, with or without notice.
4. 4.4. All Rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable or convertible to other items.
5. 4.5. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the Prize during the redemption process. Any additional costs (i.e. not limited to travel expenses and applicable taxes) involved in redeeming or collecting Prizes must be borne in full by the Winner.
6. 4.6. No replacement or transfer of the Prize by the Winner is permitted. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional or incidental charges, taxes, expenses, costs, losses or damages that may arise. The Organizer and its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) or personal injury suffered or suffered in connection with or arising out of the Prize.
7. 4.7. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further appeals or correspondence will be entertained.
8. 4.8. The Organizer makes no representations, warranties or promises regarding any implied terms or conditions in connection with the Prize.
9. 4.9. The Organizer reserves the right to determine how unbilled or non-redeemed Prizes will be handled.
10. 4.10. The Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize only to eligible entries and forfeit the remaining allocated Prize.
11. 4.11. The Organizer and/or the designated agency must determine the style, equipment, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prize, as appropriate. The Winner will receive the Prize "as is" and the Organizer and/or its designated institution is under no obligation to accommodate any request by the Winner to change any aspect of the Prize.
12. 4.12. The Organiser, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct and/or consequential damages) or personal injury suffered or suffered in connection with or arising out of the Prize.
13. 4.13. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to replace, withdraw, add or alter all or part of the Prize without notice to the Participant.

5. Privacy Policy

By participating, the Participant explicitly agrees that the Organizer will retain the necessary personal data of the Participant in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://www.williamgrant.com/en/privacy-policy/. The Participant is free to withdraw his/her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organizer as stated below and as such, the Participant withdraws his/her participation from this Promotion. The Organizer will use its best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of all personal data stored for this Promotion.

By submitting an entry for this promotion, the Participant agrees that the Organizer may collect, use, and store his/her personal data as filled in the entry form, for the purpose of organizing prize draws and awarding prizes in connection with the purchase promotion, in accordance with Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. You can request access to your personal data, or correct inaccuracies, by sending an email to DataProtection@wgrant.com.

Publicity: The winner agrees to participate in advertising, promotions and publicity related to the Promotion and authorizes us to publish your name, photograph and location on our global website and social media channels in accordance with the Organiser's Marketing Code (available upon request).

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. i) By participating, the Participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions herein, including their name and likeness, which may be used without limitation in future publicity materials by the Organizer.
2. ii) The Organizer shall also not be liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, omissions, defects, delays, failures in operation or transmission, failure of communication channels, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration, communications of users or members, or technical problems or malfunctions of any network or telephone line, website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, systems, equipment, software, email failures or incoming receipts due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunications services.
3. iii) The Organizer reserves the right to amend and/or amend the terms and conditions at any time and/or terminate the Promotion/Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. iv) All decisions made by the Organiser under these terms and conditions are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entertained.
5. v) In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any other advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
6. vi) Any person who is not a party to the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall not have the right to demand or enforce any provision of the agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise by the parties, referring to Article 1317 of the Civil Code
