When is the last delivery date before Christmas 2018?

Order by 11.59pm on the 19th December for a pre-Christmas delivery. We return to work on the 2nd January 2019 and will process any orders received over the holidays at that point.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Hopefully there will be no problem with your order but should any arise you can contact us at the gift shop by calling 01340 822069 between 10:30am - 5pm or by emailing us at glenfiddich.giftshop@wgrant.com

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once we ship your order you will receive an email from us containing your DHL tracking code.

My order is a gift, can you leave the invoice out of the box?

Yes, simply request this in the notes section on the checkout and we will try to ensure that this happens.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major UK credit cards.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Please be aware that we are only able to ship to UK addresses, only continue if you can provide a UK delivery address. Sorry for any inconvenience.
