Whilst we may not remember most of our dreams, we all have a few that we don't forget. Some dreams don't come and some dreams don't go. Kook's work plays with this idea. Her work, Dreaming Piece begins at the moment when private dreams become public. By archiving written dreams in dozens of books, placed in specifically designed bookcases and boxes, readers gains access to Kook's private dreams. Kook's work roams around these attitudes to dreams. Text, images, and the traces between the two are recorded and displayed through a variety of mediums.
